The Fort Collins Food Truck Rally is one of Northern Colorado’s favorite summer traditions — bringing together dozens of local food trucks, live music, and the community every Tuesday evening at City Park. From tacos and BBQ to desserts and international cuisine, the rally turns the park into a laid-back outdoor gathering filled with great food, picnic blankets, dogs, and summer sunsets.
