Land Acknowledgement

As a company operating in the Northern Colorado area, Tellus acknowledges with respect and humility that the land on which we conduct our business activities was originally home to various Indigenous peoples. We honor the ancestral lands of the Apache nation, the Arapaho nation, the Cheyenne nation, the Pueblo tribes, the Shoshone tribe, and the Ute nation.

For countless generations, these Indigenous communities stewarded and cared for the land we now occupy, cultivating rich cultures, traditions, and ways of life deeply rooted in their connection to the earth. We recognize the enduring legacies of resilience, wisdom, and spirituality that continue to shape the fabric of this region.

As we conduct our business affairs, Tellus commits to acknowledging the ongoing presence and contributions of Indigenous peoples, and to actively engaging in meaningful partnerships and initiatives that uphold Indigenous rights, sovereignty, and well-being.

May we honor and respect the land and its original caretakers, fostering a future built upon mutual understanding, collaboration, and shared prosperity for all who call this land home.
