Tellus was created to answer the question:

Can we build an environmentally conscious, ethical brand in the historically problematic clothing industry from the ground up? And can we do it in such a way that is not only kinder to communities and the planet but that also actively helps regenerate them? We believe the answer is YES, and we make this happen by creating high-quality, eco-conscious outerwear and actively investing Tellus profits in our community and the world at large.

This initiative underscores our unwavering devotion to nurturing a sustainable future for our planet and all its inhabitants. Our mission to GiveBack100 promises to reinvest 100% of our net profits into organizations actively combatting pressing environmental issues.

Fort Collins and Colorado Epitomize our Outdoor Spirit

In addition to our focus on designing sustainable products, we pay homage to our hometown and state by naming products after local outdoor points of interest and landmarks, including our Foothills Flannel, Old Town Button, Horsetooth Hoodie and Poudre Trail Performance Short.

When individuals and outdoor enthusiasts purchase Tellus sustainable activewear they speak with their dollars and support the health of our community and the planet. Local beneficiaries of our mission include Fort Collins High School Environmental Leadership class, Diamond Peaks Ski Patrol and Coalition for the Poudre River Watershed (CPRW). The Nature Conservancy is our primary partner that caretakes Colorado forests, conservers America’s lands and waters and regenerates our oceans coral reefs. From our backyard to the world at large we are actively making a positive impact.
