Quality Assurance, Return Policy, and Exchange Process  

Tellus welcomes all returns. We encourage swift returns for items that don't align with your preferences or needs. We sincerely request that returned items remain in pristine and unused condition, with their original tags attached. We request that your return for clothing and merchandise be processed online or returned to the store within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.     

The Tellus store in Fort Collins, CO, can accept in-person returns or exchanges.  

To initiate online returns, navigate to our Returns page and provide your order number and email. We recommend using our printable return shipping label, complete with tracking and insurance. If your order number is unavailable, kindly employ our Return Form and select a carrier that offers tracking and insurance services.  

Effortless Exchanges:  

Online Exchanges for Size or Color: If an alternative size or color of the same item is desired, commence the online exchange process. This option applies when the replacement item aligns with the original price.  

Our online exchange process lets you choose a new size or color without incurring additional costs. A complimentary return shipping label is included. Note that exchange orders are reserved for 14 days, necessitating the prompt return of the original item once the exchange is initiated.  

Returns must be in original condition at the time of return: The item must not be worn, altered, or washed and have all original tags still attached. The product must be shipped back to Tellus, and there will be a 100% refund or exchange.  

Exchange Cancellation and Reimbursement: Failure to return the package within 14 days may lead to the cancellation of the exchange order.  

Billing Process: Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the original item to ensure accurate billing and refund.
